Welcome To Your Race!

On August 4th, 5th & 6th, 2017 the Village of Commercial Point, Ohio invites you to a street kart racing tradition 50 years in the making.  Bring your family and friends for a weekend packed full of entertainment and street kart racing action.  Start off the weekend on Friday evening with a Classic Car Show and music by Carter & Cash.  On Saturday, the racing action begins with a day full of qualifying races, followed by a FREE family concert by The Hissy Fits and McGuffey Lane.  On Sunday, the excitement continues as karters race for a cash payout of $12,000.  Come celebrate our 50th year and become part of the tradition at the 2017 Commercial Point Karting Classic!

Food & Beverages
Food and beverages are served at various locations around the track. All sales benefit local organizations and businesses.

Event parking is located at the Commercial Point Community Center with parking proceeds benefititing local organizations.   Additional parking is provided in several locations throughout town with proceeds benefiting local organizations.  Most street parking throughout the village is prohibited during the races. Please acknowledge all posted signs to avoid being towed.

Rain or Shine
Races are held rain or shine. Umbrellas and ponchos are recommended on rainy race days.

Portable restrooms can be found at various locations around the track.

Karting can be a dangerous sport for both racers and spectators. Because of this, we ask that all spectators pay close attention to the action on the track at all times. It is also important to listen to the track announcer for any important announcements regarding your safety.

Bleacher seating is available in several locations around the track. It is also recommended for you to bring your own lawn chair to experience the track from multiple viewing locations.
